1. What We Collect
Tip Wallet stores only what's needed to operate the bot: your Discord user ID, username, the guild (server) IDs where the bot is used, deposit addresses generated for you, wallet balances, and transaction history (tips, airdrops, deposits, withdrawals). We do not collect your Discord password, email, or direct message content.
2. How We Use It
Your data is used solely to operate the service: processing tips, crediting deposits, executing withdrawals, displaying balances, preventing fraud and abuse, and providing support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
3. Blockchain Data
On-chain deposits and withdrawals are recorded on public blockchains (Litecoin, Solana, Ethereum, Tron, Bitcoin, Dogecoin). These records are public and permanent by nature — we cannot modify or delete them.
4. Data Retention
Wallet and transaction data is retained while you use the service and for a reasonable period afterward for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your off-chain account data at any time via the support server.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections, access-restricted infrastructure, and monitored systems. No method of storage is 100% secure, so please also protect your Discord account — it is the key to your wallet.
6. Third Parties
The bot runs on Discord and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. Blockchain nodes and RPC providers process on-chain transactions. We do not share your data with any other third party except when required by law.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us in the support server. Note that blockchain transaction records cannot be altered or erased.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the support server. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
