Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using Tip Wallet ("the bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using it.

2. Description of Service

Tip Wallet provides a custodial-style tipping wallet inside Discord, supporting Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), Tether on Ethereum and Tron (USDT ERC-20 / TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Indian Rupee (INR). Internal tips between users settle instantly off-chain; deposits and withdrawals settle on-chain.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to hold and transfer digital assets. You may not use the bot where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.

4. Your Wallet & Security

Deposit addresses and balances are tied to your Discord account. You are responsible for your Discord account's security — anyone with access to your account can access your Tip Wallet balance. Never share verification codes, and enable two-factor authentication on Discord.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Always verify the correct coin and network (e.g. USDT via ERC-20 vs TRC-20) before depositing. Funds sent to an incorrect address or network are unrecoverable and are not the bot's responsibility. Withdrawals are charged only the raw network fee. Withdrawal minimums and confirmation requirements may apply.

6. Tips, Airdrops & Rains

Tips, airdrops and rains are final once executed. Verify the recipient and amount before confirming. We do not reverse user-initiated transfers except in cases of a proven platform error.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Tip Wallet for money laundering, fraud, gambling operations where prohibited, market manipulation, exploiting bugs, spam, or any activity that violates applicable law or Discord policy. We may suspend accounts and freeze balances involved in abuse, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

8. No Financial Advice

Tip Wallet is a utility tool, not a bank, exchange, or investment service. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; you are solely responsible for gains, losses, and any tax obligations arising from your transactions.

9. Availability & Liability

We target 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tip Wallet is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, network congestion, forks, third-party failures, or user error. Our total liability is limited to the balance you hold in the bot at the time of the incident.

10. Termination

You may stop using the bot at any time by withdrawing your balance. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms. Terminated users will be given a reasonable window to withdraw legitimately held funds unless legally prohibited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the support server. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
